Joe Chantos started making Kielbasa and Hungarian Sausage when his grandparents died and no substitute could be found for their home-made meats. Soon afterward he quit his day job and now ships the stuff all over. In the community since 1978, this local corner grocer specializes in Hungarian and Polish smoked and fresh Kielbasa, Jerky meat sticks, Klazka, Hurka  made fresh in the store. They also have deli items and a small supply of groceries.


Authentic Hungarian style Kolbasz and many other old school style meats to choose from daily. The LOVE and dedication Joe puts into each recipe will keep you coming back for much more has thousands have done for over 5 decades, also great selection of Pierogi’s and other specialty goods to keep the whole family happy. I so Love the Landjerger fresh sausage along with the fresh Hungarian Sausage which I smoke on the grill low n slow over Cherry wood a must try. You must pay a visit to this hidden gem downriver which folks drive from a hour away and have holiday meats shipped across the nation.
